Exchanges only on unworn, in-stock jewelry items. Exchanges must be made within 14 days of the original purchase and be equal to or greater than the original purchase value.  Returned items are inspected before return is accepted and re-stocking fees may apply.

NO RETURNS ON WATCHES, WATCH WINDERS, JEWELRY BOXES, HOME GOODS (INCLUDING BOOKS), BARWARE, PERSONAL GIFTWARE, LEATHER GOODS, SPECIAL ORDERS, OR CUSTOM JOBS.
